Founded by David Wayne, who brings over 23 years of restaurant experience, Hire Tier Hospitality Recruitment specializes in connecting restaurant owners with ideal front-of-house and back-of-house candidates. As a former chef with a background that includes owning and operating two restaurants, a food truck, and a catering company, David is well adept at understanding the unique needs of each client and candidate.
